Please note that:

  1. Core courses and Exploring Tainan are included in program fees.
    For those who don’t participate in Exploring Tainan won’t get discounts on fees.
  2. Credit fees are not included in fees mentioned above.
  3. NCKU is not responsible for participants’ accommodation. Participants need to arrange your own accommodation yourself during the program. We highly recommend you to book your hotels/hostels right after you receive your confirmation letter since beds in hotels/hostels around NCKU may be limited to serve during the summer vacation.
  4. Participants will be able to download the participation certificate through ISA system after the completion of the program , and the transcript (including class title, credits, letter grade and scores based on 100-point scale) around February 2023. For those who need credit recognition, please consult the office of academic affairs of your university before your application. The recognition of credits received isn’t determined by NCKU.
  5. Applicants need to cover bank fees for the transaction.
  6. Applicants from partner schools need to be nominated by school coordinator.

Refund

If NCKU cancels the 2022 programs, the payment shall be refunded in full.
Each type of fee has different deadlines in terms of cancellation, please check refund policies for more information. All cancellation forms must be submitted to the Office of International Affairs before the deadlines.
